I've purchased a Go-again or Calling Premium Package (regular or Early Bird) but now can't go, can I transfer this to someone else?

No. If you are no longer able to attend the event, we can refund your Package.

 

I've purchased a Go-again or Calling Premium Package (regular or Early Bird) but now can't go, can someone else collect this for me?

No. You will need Photo ID to collect your package, so if you are no longer able to attend the event, we can refund your Package.

 

I've got a package to collect, where do I do this?

We'll have signs up, but you'll want to head to the Prize Wall on the day. 

You'll need Photo ID to pick your package up, and no you can't get it for anyone else! They'll be waiting for you all weekend, so there's no rush.

 

I want to play Side Events, what do I do?

You'll need to visit our Registration team onsite.

You'll find a Registration Sheet - and you need to fill out one for each event you want to sign up for. You also can only sign up for Side Events on the day, and after the Main Event for that day has begun.

 

What payment methods do you accept at Registration?

Cash, paywave and chip cards only.

 

I've got Vouchers in my Package, what can I use them for?

The Silver and Bronze Side Event vouchers can be used to pay (in-part or fully) towards any of our Side Events over the weekend; that doesn't include the Calling - our Premier event. To make use of them you'll have to cash them in at the registration desk in-person.

 

Can I bring my own food in?

Please don't. The Marriot will likely ask you to dispose of it, so if you're going to grab a cheeky Nando's or bring some ham sandwiches with you, make sure you eat them off-site.

What are "Prize TIx"?

When you play in a side event you will receive Prize Tickets or "Tix" that you can then redeem at our Prize Wall for a varitety of different booster products, playmats or tokens!

 

What's a Regular Event vs a Double?

This refers to their prize payout:

When do the doors open each day?

The Hotel itself is more or less always "open", so if you want to come in and grab a coffee from the Forum bar, you can do that whenever! We are intending to open Registration and Package Pick-up from 830 each day, and our vendors will likely be ready to roll before that!
