Is the entry to the Card Show included with my purchase?

Anyone that purchases a Fabled Package, Go Again Package, a Calling entry or a Battle Hardened entry will have a free 3 day pass access to the Auckland Card Show, that will be sent to the email you used to register. Consent to use that email will be needed in order to get this information

 

I registered for both Calling A and Calling B. If I make Day 2 in Calling A, can I get a refund of Calling B?

Yes! If you are unable to participate in a Calling, we can give you a refund. Please, let us know in advance so we can drop you and add someone else that may be interested to play in, since these events have a limited availability 

I purchased a Fabled Package and used my Fabled Voucher to register to a Calling, but I can no longer play the Calling. Can I get a refund?

Packages can be refunded as long as no vouchers have been used and you can return all the goodies included. We do not offer partial refunds of unused vouchers

I played all day and I have leftover vouchers I can't use, what can I do with them?

Unused vouchers can be exchanged at the Prize Wall for Prize Tix:
Bronze: 150 Prize Tix
Silver: 300 Prize Tix

For the WTR Sealed events, will Drone of Brutality be playable?

On Friday we will play with a Sealed print run that does not include Drone of Brutality.
On Saturday during Day 2, the Alpha Draft product will be stamped and may include Drone of Brutality, in that case it will be playable.

For the WTR and ARC Sealed events, how many packs will there be?

6 packs

 

Will the WTR and ARC sealed events have a 30 card limit?

Both formats will have to use 30 card decks exactly

Will there be water or water fountains available for players?

There are no water fountains present at the venue.

 

Will there be food available for purchase?

Yes! The Showgrounds has a variety of food and drink available for purchase.

 

Can we bring/order food from outside?

Yes! Please remember to tidy up after yourself.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is paid parking available at the venue.

I've got a Tournament Card Show Entry, how do I use that when the main hall doesn't open till 10?

The ticket is for the Exhibition Hall (Hall 2), you will use the ticket when you come and register - it has been set to allow access on Friday and from 8.30am every morning. You will not be able to access the "show" until 10am.

 

Where do I go when I get to the Showgrounds?

A picture is worth a thousand words... and I have several!

You'll need to go past some other games, then look to your right!

 

I've got a package to collect, where do I do this?

We'll have signs up, but you'll want to head to the Prize Wall. When you enter the Flesh and Blood tournament area, look to your right and you'll see Registration and then in the far corner; Prize Wall.

You'll need Photo ID to pick your package up, and no you can't get it for anyone else! They'll be waiting for you all weekend, so there's no rush.

 

I want to play Side Events, what do I do?

You'll need to visit our Registration team - they're to the right of the Prize Wall.

You'll find a Registration Sheet - and you need to fill out one for each event you want to sign up for. You also can only sign up for Side Events on the day, and after the Main Event for that day has begun.

 

What payment methods do you accept at Registration?

Cash, paywave and chip cards only.
